This division amasses over 30 years of combined local construction experience and is committed to providing unparalleled expertise and attention to detail. Each member is a state licensed class A general contractor. On the jobsite, coordinating sub-contractors, dealing with inspectors and ensuring the project is completed within all pre-established parameters is the number one objective of this division.
Sales & Marketing
Scholten Group delivers consistent quality and service. This makes life easy for the Sales & Marketing division. This part of the team is tasked with packaging and presenting the variety of product and services offered by Scholten Group to the REALTORS and prospective home buyers. Along with President Tom Scholten , members of this team will interface with clients throughout every phase of the project. Available, responsive and resourceful, the Sales & Marketing division is motivated to ensure your new home experience is pleasantly memorable.
Decorator and Remodeling Services
It is important that your new home reflect your personal taste and style. Regina Scholten, and our in-house decorator, will assist each Scholten Group home buyer with the often overwhelming color selection process. Additional decorator
services are available upon request.
Financial Services
In an effort to streamline the home buying process, Scholten Group offers special financing options through Branch Banking and Trust. Offering a variety of financing options, great service and efficient processing.
